Hi, I’m Hailey
I’m glad you’re here.
My intention is to help create a space where you feel brave enough to face the parts of yourself that feel hard to look at. I became a therapist because I genuinely love helping people discover who they are and grow into that more fully. My own experience of learning about myself, understanding how my mind works, and finding ways to work with it instead of against it has been one of the most meaningful parts of my life, and it is something I feel deeply passionate about supporting others in. I tend to take a strengths-based perspective, helping you recognize and build on what is already within you.
I hold a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Cal State Northridge and a degree in Clinical Psychology from UC San Diego, and have worked in a range of settings including schools, private practice, church, and substance use treatment. These experiences have shaped the way I show up in the room, with flexibility, curiosity, and care for each person’s unique story. Outside of therapy, you can usually find me painting, starting a new art project, at a live show, or catching up with friends and family over an overpriced latte.
I work with:
Those struggling with perfectionism and are often self-critical
Women who feel burdened by worry in their daily life
Teens struggling with self-esteem, focus in school, and motivation
Those struggling to be themselves in relationships
People pleasing and difficulty with assertiveness
Those who want to discover more about themselves
Christians who are looking to incorporate their faith into therapy
Those experiencing life-transitions and grief
